Delivery

All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. When you place an order, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number once the goods have been collected from our warehouse. Please note that for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday to receive next working day.

We currently deliver to UK and ROI only. If you have any international delivery requirements please get in touch with us via info@brandthreads.com before placing your order. We will do our very best to meet your needs!

How Long does it take to receive my order?

If in stock, our orders are usually dispatched same day Mon-Fri. Please allow 2-5 working days for standard UK/ROI delivery. Express service is normally dispatched next working day deliveries (UK and ROI only). Exceptions to this is weekend order placement and bank / national holidays. For deliveries pre-Christmas we will advise nearer to the time for our last delivery cut-off dates.

Please note that once we dispatch your item you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us. (e.g. Gift wrapping). 

As soon as we receive either notice of your cancellation of the order, or if the order has already been dispatched, return of the order itself, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, together with the normal postage charge, within seven working days.

Returns

At brandthreads.com, we're the home of sustainable, premium character clothing. So we hope you love your purchase as much as we do! However, if you are not delighted, or if something has gone wrong, you can return your purchase to us in its original condition, tags and packaging within 30 days of the date you received the products.

After inspection, we'll provide a full refund for the price you paid to the original payment method used when you made your purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges for orders placed. Please return your items purchased and place a new order.

If you need to return a BrandThreads product:


1. Ensure the item is packed in original packaging, with all tags, labels and wrapping attached and all in perfect condition, unwashed. Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item (eg. A copy of your original invoice) and a reason for the returned item(s).

2. By post: Please include a covering note with the package clearly stating your name, address, order number and the reason for your return.
